BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Montgomery Maryland Visits office for a full-time opportunity. You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in clients' homes, enabling them to remain independent and comfortable.

Prior Home Health experience is required. You will perform head-to-toe assessments, manage urgent home-visits, and ensure precise documentation using point-of-care technology.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN license in good standing.
• One year of hands-on care experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute care, home health, or similar settings.
• Comfortable delivering care in clients' homes with strong documentation habits.

Responsabilités

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify patient condition changes.
• Triage and independently manage urgent clinical situations at home.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, education, and safety monitoring.
• Perform wound assessment, care, and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team and maintain schedules.
