InterimHealthCare of Central Montana is seeking an RN Case Manager to deliver expert home health care and coordinate patient plans from admission to discharge.
You will collaborate with physicians, oversee LPNs and aides, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and educate patients and families. Build your schedule and enjoy work-life balance while earning $45-$50 per hour.
