Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health RN Case Manager in Montana. You will design and oversee patient care plans, coordinate with physicians and a team of LPNs, CNAs and aides, and promote high-quality home health outcomes. Schedule flexibility and independent work style are emphasized.
The role includes travel reimbursement, after-hours/weekend pay differential, uniform allowance, and 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratios with a focus on work-life balance.
