Job summary

Mass General Brigham is hiring an RN Case Manager for the Emergency department in Boston. This on-site role supports the ED and ED Observation Unit, with 40 hours weekly across 4–10 hour shifts and one weekend per month.

You will collaborate to improve patient care along the continuum, assess and plan care, coordinate services, and advocate for patients. Strong MA RN licensure and ADN with BSN preferred; CM certification preferred.
