Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Part Time Case Manager RN to apply expanded knowledge in coordinating care for identified clinical specialties. You will lead discharge planning, resource allocation, and interprofessional collaboration to achieve quality and cost-efficient outcomes.

The role requires a Missouri RN license, BLS, and at least three years of clinical nursing experience. Nursing judgment and patient-centered care across pediatric to geriatric populations are essential.
