Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Part Time Case Manager RN to utilize case management processes to improve quality and outcomes. This role includes discharge planning, coordinating resources, and collaborating with the care team to optimize length of stay and patient care across pediatric to geriatric populations.

Requires BSN preferred, current RN licensure in Missouri, and BLS. Three years of clinical nursing experience is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Three years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilidades
