Job summary

United Surgical Partners International is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse Case Manager to coordinate effective patient care at Community Hospital in Oklahoma City. You will promote resource utilization and lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background with at least three years of experience, preferably in utilization or case management, and hold current licensure with the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Must have current Licensure with the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of three years hospital-based nursing practice experience.
