Vibra Hospital of Fargo, part of Vibra Healthcare, is seeking a TEMP Registered Nurse - Case Manager to join our team for a 13-week assignment. The role supports clinically complex patient care across the continuum and coordinates discharge planning in a fast-paced hospital setting.

This position offers either full-time or part-time scheduling, with a strong emphasis on compliance, communication, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality, cost- effective outcomes for

Qualifications

• Current, valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
• One year of case management experience preferred; CCM/ACM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinically complex patient care across a continuum and facilitate discharge planning.
• Ensure quality clinical and cost outcomes, negotiating and coordinating services and resources.
• Apply professional standards of practice and maintain strong communication with patients, families, and the care team.
