This full-time, day-shift role requires a Bachelor’s degree, NJ RN license, and 5+ years in utilization review or case management, with strong communication and clinical reasoning under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Registered Nurse licensed in New Jersey.
• ANCC case management certification preferred.
• Minimum five years in utilization review/case management and five years as RN.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate patient care across the Valley Health System.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to optimize resource use and patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate effective communication and clinical reasoning in fast-paced settings.
• Engage with physicians, rehab, respiratory, labs and other staff to ensure smooth care transitions.
