AMN Healthcare is seeking an RN Case Manager in Los Alamitos, CA. The role coordinates patient care across the continuum, including assessments, discharge planning and utilization review, while partnering with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN, CA RN license, and 5 years of clinical experience with 1 year in case management. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with a daytime shift; Epic experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• BSN and CA RN license are required.
• 5 years of clinical experience with 1 year in case management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead rounds.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades
