Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required in the state.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred.
• Three years acute care clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year Case Management experience.
• Certification in Case Management (CCM) preferred.
• BLS required.
• Strong reading/writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations of Case Management and Utilization Management programs.
• Direct activities to ensure appropriate utilization of hospital resources and optimal patient care.
• Provide leadership and supervision to the Case Management team.
