Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required or LMSW/RCSW-I internship; or RN diploma or masters degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in related area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day department activities including education, productivity monitoring, staffing support, communication and scheduling.
• Manage case management, utilization review and/or discharge planning responsibilities.
• Collaborate with clinicians to design processes that meet regulatory requirements and support TJC readiness.
• Assist the director with financial management and annual budgeting for the unit.
• Analyze data to ensure high-quality patient care and drive performance improvement initiatives.
