Job summary

Vighter is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager for Joint Base Andrews, MD, to support outpatient clinical services and patient care coordination. The role emphasizes adherence to DoD policies, quality standards, and teamwork with military families and veterans.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with an hourly pay structure and non-exempt status. Requires an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and CCM or ANCC certification eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree in Nursing from ACEN/CCNE-accredited program.
• Active, valid RN license in the US with no limitations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• CCM or ANCC certification, or eligibility with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and nursing administrative support for outpatient services.
• Coordinate case management, discharge planning, and follow-up care.
• Develop individualized care plans addressing medical, psychosocial needs.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation across settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
