Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources in the Washington, D.C. area is looking for a Registered Nurse - Case Manager to support Joint Base Andrews. You will lead care coordination for military patients and ensure compliant documentation throughout the care continuum.

Ideal candidates hold ADN or BSN, an active RN license, CCM or ANCC certification (or eligible with relevant experience), plus BLS/ACLS and strong communication skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8-hour days, onsite at the base.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree of Nursing (ADN) or BSN.
• Active, unrestricted RN license (US).
• 3+ years ADN or 2+ years BSN in nursing and care coordination.
• CCM certification by CCM or ANCC, or eligible with 3 years (ADN) or 2 years (BSN) of full-time clinical case management experience.
• BLS and ACLS.
• Highly organized, self-directed in a high-volume setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse - Case Managerworking at Joint Base Andrews in Washington, D.C.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree of Nursing
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (Any State)
• Minimum of 3 years for ADN/2 years for BSN full-time experience in nursing and care coordination.
• Certified Case Manager by Commission for Case Management (CCM) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) -OR- certification eligible with 3 years of experience for ADN or 2 years’ experience for BSN in full time clinical case management with children, families, seniors, or groups.
• BLS and ACLS
• Highly organized, self-directed worker able to function in a high-volume environment without distractions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude.

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• No nights and weekends
• 8 hours a day
