The position requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred, and CCM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Three Years Of Acute Care Clinical Experience
• Minimum of two years clinical case management or utilization review experience preferred
• Demonstrated accountability, motivation for self-direction and ability to work in a team environment
