Job summary

Palmdale Regional Medical Center seeks an RN Case Manager to coordinate care, utilize review processes, and plan discharges with a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes collaboration, cost-effective care, and quality outcomes for patients and payers.

The candidate should hold an active California RN license, current BLS, CPI within 30 days, and prefer a BSN. Prior case management experience is valued, and the position supports continued professional development.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze and interpret general periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations.
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts to practical situations.
• Reasoning Ability
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical or clinical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Responsibilities

• Current RN California license. Current BLS. CPI is required within 30 days of hire
