Job summary
Palmdale Regional Medical Center is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide safe, competent nursing care according to facility policies and nursing standards. The role includes professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while delivering patient-centered care with Service Excellence.
Qualified candidates have an accredited RN program background, current state license, BLS/ACLS, and PALS or NRP.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Current state nursing license.
- BLS and ACLS certification (on hire).
- PALS or NRP (current or obtained within 90 days).
- CPI is required within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies and philosophy.
- Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
- Demonstrate Patient Centered Care and Service Excellence in daily practice.
