This will be an hourly, Non-Union position.
The South Peninsula Hospital is a combined 22-bed Acute Care Critical Access Hospital and 28-bed Long Term Care facility located at the southern end of the Kenai Peninsula in South-Central Alaska. This role is based in a fast-paced, patient-centered hospital environment where collaboration and communication are essential to success. The position requires balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering compassionate care. Work schedules may vary depending on operational needs. Exposure to stressful or emotionally sensitive situations, including patient crises and end-of-life care, is a potential hazard of the role.
