PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Todeliver and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for patients across all units within the Critical Access Hospital. Clinical settings include Inpatient, Emergency Department, Obstetrics, Outpatient Services, and optional Medevac Transport. The RN provides efficient and safe care to a diverse population, ranging from neonates to geriatric individuals. Ihe RN improves patient outcomes by working as a vital member of the multidisciplinary team, continuously striving to elevate the quality and accessibility of care.
work is performed in a clinical setting, including Inpatient, Emergency Department, Obstetrics, and Outpatient Services, Responsibilities may occasionally include air-transport-escort and home visits, with on-call duties outlined by departmental needs. There is frequent exposure to contagious diseases. The role requires the ability to see, hear, speak, walk, sit, bend, kneel, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Work hours are variable and depend on unit needs and shift assignments. Village travel may be necessary.
