We are expanding to increase our care capacity. This is where you come in:

• Assist in medical management and coordination of care for our Washington workers.
• Collaborate with the worker's multidisciplinary team to meet claim needs and facilitate efficient return to work.
• Part-time/full-time options: As a contractor, you can set your caseload and preferred work week.
• Primarily remote; occasional field support may be required.

Certified Case Manager preferred (CDMS, CCM, CRRN, COHN, COHN-S) or willingness to obtain certification.

Must reside in Washington State.
