Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an RN Case Manager in Pasadena, TX for a 13-week assignment. The role involves coordinating patient care from admission through discharge and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and external providers to ensure timely, safe discharges.

The ideal candidate will hold a TX/compact RN license with BLS and have 2 years of acute hospital case management experience within the last year. Shift is 8a-5p, with a 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• TX/compact RN license and BLS required.
• 2 years case management experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Acute hospital experience within the past year with no more than a 90-day break.

POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES

Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring that treatments, services, and resources align with each patient’s medical needs and recovery goals. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and external providers to remove barriers to care, streamline transitions, and support safe, efficient discharge planning.

Minimum Required Qualifications –

• TX/compact RN license
• BLS
• 2 years case management experience in an acute hospital setting
• Acute hospital experience during the past year with no more than a 90-day break
