Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an RN Case Manager to coordinate patient care and transitions in Adult Med/Surg. You will work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and department leaders to ensure safe transitions and high-quality care.
The role requires an RN license in Nevada, BLS within 30 days, and at least two years in hospital case management with three years nursing experience.
