Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager in Joshua Tree, California for a 13-week contract to coordinate patient care and collaborate with healthcare teams. You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, facilitate resources, and document interactions to improve outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The role requires a valid RN license, BLS certification, minimum 4 years’ experience, a scheduled shift 08:00–16:30, and adherence to the vaccine and health-screening
