Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an RN Case Manager in Fort Walton Beach, FL for a 13-week assignment. Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge, collaborating with physicians, nurses and external providers to ensure appropriate treatments and safe transitions.

Shift 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, every other weekend; requires FL/compact RN license, BLS, 2 years case management in acute hospital, and familiarity with Meditech, Midas and Interqual.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required Qualifications – FL/compact RN license
• BLS
• 2 years case manager experience in an acute hospital setting
• Acute hospital experience in specialty during the past year with no more than a 90-day break
• Knowledgeable in Meditech, Midas, and Interqual.

POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES

Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring that treatments, services, and resources align with each patient’s medical needs and recovery goals. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and external providers to remove barriers to care, streamline transitions, and support safe, efficient discharge planning.

Minimum Required Qualifications –

• FL/compact RN license
• BLS
• 2 years case manager experience in an acute hospital setting
• Acute hospital experience in specialty during the past year with no more than a 90-day break
• Knowledgeable in Meditech, Midas, and Interqual.
