Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks an RN Case Manager in Largo, FL for a 13-week assignment. You will coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, collaborating with physicians and providers to ensure timely, safe discharge planning.

The role requires FL RN license, BLS, and 2+ years acute care experience in a specialty, with Meditech and Midas experience preferred. Shifts are 8:30a–5p, every other weekend, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• FL/compact RN license required.
• BLS required.
• 2+ years acute care hospital experience in specialty.
• Acute hospital experience in specialty during the past year with no more than a 90-day break.
• Meditech & Midas experience.

POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES – Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring that treatments, services, and resources align with each patient’s medical needs and recovery goals. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and external providers to remove barriers to care, streamline transitions, and support safe, efficient discharge planning.

Minimum Required Qualifications –

• FL/compact RN license
• BLS
• 2+ years minimum of acute care hospital experience in specialty
• Acute hospital experience in specialty during the past year with no more than a 90-day break
• Meditech & Midas experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Complex Discharge Planning Experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8:30a - 5p. Every other weekend.
