Job summary

ComForCare is seeking a registered nurse to provide in-home care, performing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized plans of care. You will administer medications, maintain client records, and coordinate referrals to the health team as needed.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, CPR certification, and demonstrate strong infection control practices while ensuring client confidentiality and safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current CPR certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
• Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.
• Developing an individualized plan of care for each client that incorporates analysis of data and current scientific findings.
• Providing interventions with a focus on achieving realistic client outcomes.
• Reporting changes to update the plan of care to reflect progress towards goals and outcomes.
• Administering medications as needed.
• Maintaining client records showing systematic assessments, planning interventions, and evaluations.
• Initiating referrals as needed to other health team members.

Compensation:

Starting wage $43/hour to $52/hour

• 1 on 1 patient care allowing you to do what you do best
• Flexible scheduling for family, work, and school balance
• Days: 8am to 5pm
