Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an RN Case Manager for a 13-week travel assignment in Dalton, GA. The role requires discharge planning experience, strong communication with providers, nursing staff and families, and a valid GA or Compact RN license. BLS is mandatory.

Hours are 8 per day (08:30–16:30) with potential overtime based on patient load; travel experience is preferred. Flu vaccine is required, with exemptions only for medical or religious reasons.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate discharge planning across providers, nursing staff, and patients/families.
