Mercer Home Health Care in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Per Diem RN Home Care Nurse to join our team. The RN will provide direct patient care in home settings and collaborate with the full care team to coordinate services.

This role may be part-time/per diem with an option to case manage. NJ RN license and at least 1 year of home health or medical-surgical experience are required, along with strong clinical and communication skills.

Mercer Home Health Care, a leading provider of skilled home healthcare service throughout Mercer County, is seeking an experienced Per Diem RN Home Care Nurse to join our team. The RN will interact with the entire home care team is responsible for direct patient care. There is an option for the Part-time/ Per Diem RN to case manage as well. The ideal candidate must have a current NJ RN License; a minimum of 1 years home healthcare or equivalent experience (medical surgical care), excellent clinical, communication and organizational skills. This position may be weekend to perform starts of care / admissions and is flexible with hours desired.
