The position requires an CA RN license, 3 years in healthcare, case management experience, and supervisory ability.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program required.
• BSN preferred.
• 3 years of healthcare experience required.
• Experience in Case Management and mentorship/training required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in an acute care hospital preferred.
• RN license in CA required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the case management team, including staffing and scheduling.
• Manage patient assignments and patient flow across inpatient and ED settings.
• Provide leadership, coaching and professional development for RN Case Managers.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospital leaders and interdisciplinary teams to address operational challenges.
• Contribute to utilization management, productivity oversight, and budget stewardship.
