Job summary

Valley Children’s Healthcare in Madera, CA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into the Supervisor of Case Management role. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (one degree must be in Nursing).
• Current California RN license.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of case management professionals.
• Oversee department operations, workflows, and staffing to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop talented team members.
• Evaluate staff performance and competencies while providing coaching, feedback, and professional development.
• Design and enhance staff education and development programs.
• Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation to support departmental goals.
• Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
