The position requires a BA/BS in a health-related field with 5+ years of clinical experience or equivalent, and an active RN license. Hybrid work with in-office 3 days per week in Illinois or New York locations is provided.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS in a health-related field or equivalent background.
• Current, unrestricted RN license is required.
• People leadership and/or case management experience preferred.
• Certification as a Case Manager is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of nurse care managers to optimize member health care across the continuum.
• Develop, implement, and monitor care plans and ensure access to services.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate performance of direct reports.
• Certifications and continuing education for managers with 3+ years supervision.
