Research Medical Center, part of the HCA Healthcare family, seeks an RN Manager of Case Management to supervise a clinical team and oversee case management and social services operations. You will lead education, staffing, and scheduling while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality patient care.

You will participate in budget planning, performance improvement initiatives, and collaboration with clinicians to optimize patient throughput across Kansas City locations.

Qualificações

• RN license or MSW licensure required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day department activities including staffing, scheduling and productivity.
• Manage case management, utilization review and discharge planning responsibilities.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Assist the director with the budget and financial management of the unit.
• Analyze data and drive performance improvement to deliver quality patient care.
