Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a Travel RN Case Manager for a 13-week assignment in Fort Worth, TX, working in a Neuro Step Down unit with a small team to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires at least 1 year of acute care case management experience; Meditech and Careport experience is preferred. Shift is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with robust benefits and support through ARMStaffing.

Job Description

The Travel RN Case Management position involves working in a Neuro Step Down unit with a bed capacity of 40. You will collaborate with a small team comprising 1-2 case managers or social workers to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage acute care case management for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
• Provide guidance and support to patients and their families throughout the care process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care case management experience.
• Experience with Meditech and Careport is preferred.
