Job summary

Qualifications

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• AHA BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active Nurse Residency Program involvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team for a variety of complex patients.
• Direct and oversee care by delegating, validating, evaluating, and coordinating with other caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.

Education

NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License

AHA BLS/CPR certification

BSN in progress / willing to acquire within 3 years
