Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional nursing school with a BSN required or to be obtained within 18 months for non-Magnet facilities.
• Minimum of 2 years in a clinical nursing role.
• American Heart Association BLS-HCP required; BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required based on the unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the successful implementation and execution of unit goals.
• Oversee unit throughput and patient experience.
• Plan and manage the department budget.
