Job summary

Required is an Associates Degree in Nursing with Tennessee RN licensure and BLS. Preferred is a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with 0–3 years of clinical experience in nursing settings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to determine interventions and develop individualized care plans.

• Develops, implements, and adjusts personalized patient care plans based on ongoing clinical assessments.
• Administer medications safely following best practices in medication management.
