Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within five years from hire date.
• Current RN license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
• Three years of recent clinical experience in the area of specialty preferred.
• Case Manager certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and monitor standards of patient care and nursing practices.
• Collect, trend and analyze data to identify best practices and performance improvements.
• Ensure availability and appropriate allocation of human and material resources.
• Support collaboration between nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired patient care outcomes and department plans.
• Coordinate towards overall operations of assigned units and provision of resources.
• Facilitate optimal and cost-efficient patient care delivery.
