Job summary

The Laurels of Carrollton is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead nursing care for our long‑term care guests. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver services, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and ensure safe medication administration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, services and health education for guests.
• Supervise the care/services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs and other team members.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests.
• Assess guest health and notify physicians of changes, implementing orders.
• Develop and implement a plan of care based on assessment.
• Contribute to guest assessments and care plan development.
