ARMStaffing is seeking a Professional Staff Nurse (RN) to join our patient-care team on rotating 12-hour shifts (12 x 3). The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and supervision across the continuum of care.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN (preferred) and at least 2 years of nursing experience, with BLS certification. We offer competitive health benefits and a supportive onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform in accordance with system-wide competencies and behaviors.
• Participate actively in department or unit-specific quality improvement efforts.
• Utilize research and evidence-based practice to support improvements in clinical care.
• Apply the nursing process within the framework of Relationship Based Care to create a healing environment.

• Demonstrate critical thinking in identifying clinical, social, safety, psychological, and spiritual issues.
• Communicate effectively with care providers and patients.
• Provide detailed teaching to patients and families about their care.
