Formación

• RN license issued by the state where you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification within 6 months.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make critical, independent decisions.
• Proficient computer skills, EMR use.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing nursing care using the nursing process (assess, plan, intervene, evaluate).
• Perform triage and consult with patient, family, and care team per protocol.
• Prepare patients for exams and document vital signs and health information.
• Perform lab procedures and assist with procedures and surgeries as applicable.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy per orders.
• Educate patients on treatment and self-care and coordinate referrals.
• Assist in staff orientation and maintain department resources.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment; ensure sterility and safety.
• Provide age-appropriate care and adapt to patient development.
