Job summary

Full-Time position (Mon–Thu, 7:30am–6pm) focuses on safe patient care, professional development of staff, and ongoing quality improvement in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Recognize changes in patient status and modify the plan of care or escalate as needed.
• Advocate for patients per ANA Code of Ethics and support informed decision-making.
• Mentor colleagues to advance nursing practice.
• Delegate care within legal and policy frameworks.
• Prioritize and organize time to optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in research, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
• Precept students and new staff.
• Perform other duties as required.
