Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Practices autonomously within the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate individual care.
• Recognizes changes in patient status and escalates appropriately to the care team.
• Advocates for patients, upholds autonomy and ensures informed consent.
• Mentors colleagues to advance nursing practice and participate in governance of practice.
• Delivers care while prioritizing time management and collaboration with the care delivery team.
• Contributes to research, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice at the local level.
