Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care for guests.
• Supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
• Assess the health of guests and notify physicians of changes in status.
• Develop and implement a plan of care based on assessment.
• Select appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions.
• Contribute to guest assessments and care plans.
