Job summary

Regency at Fremont is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee and coordinate resident care on assigned shifts in compliance with state and federal standards. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans while guiding LPNs, CNAs, and other staff to ensure safety and quality.

We offer sign-on bonuses of $20,000 for full-time and $12,000 for part-time, plus comprehensive benefits and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises LPNs, Medication Aides, CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care
• Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed
• Transfers employees among units per staffing demands
• Completes performance evaluations and provides input on hiring, disciplining, or terminating staff
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns
• Oversee unit operations during absence of higher-level management
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws

Education

Current state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment
