CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs, part of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a RN Care Coordinator to be a central figure in patient care, navigating the healthcare journey for optimal outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.

You will start shifts by receiving reports, then round, provide continued care, and monitor patients throughout your shift. You will lead care teams, respond to emergencies with sound judgment, and contribute to patient advocacy.

Formación

• Associates Of Science Nursing required at hire.
• Registered Nurse in Arkansas required at hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) required at hire.
• BSN degree preferred or admission to BSN program within 12–24 months and degree completion within 24 months.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients as per care plans.
• Provide continued bedside care and perform procedures as outlined in the care plan.
• Monitor patients continuously and advocate for their interests during emergencies and routine care.
• Lead and direct Patient Care Technicians and other staff during shifts.
• Support emergency response measures, including CPR, as needed.
• Assist with patient care duties such as ambulation, hygiene, and drainage management.
