CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs, part of CommonSpirit Health, seeks an RN Care Coordinator to centralize patient care and navigate the healthcare journey for optimal outcomes and exceptional patient experience.

The RN will receive shift-based reports, perform ongoing care, and advocate for patients while using clinical judgment during emergencies. A sign-on bonus up to $25,000 and relocation support accompany excellent benefits and clinical ladder opportunities.

Formación

• Associates Of Science Nursing, upon hire
• Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire
• Basic Life Support (CPR) upon hire
• BSN program admission within 12–24 months (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Assesses, plans, and implements nursing care while ensuring patient comfort
• Anticipates, identifies, and responds to informational and emotional needs of patients and families
• Guides and directs healthcare personnel in caring for patients
• Maintains knowledge of equipment setup, maintenance, and use (IV pumps, monitoring equipment, drainage devices)
• Initiates emergency support measures (CPR)
• Assists with patient care duties (drainage devices, ambulating, hygiene)
