Job summary

CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson is seeking a RN Care Coordinator who will be central to patient care, guiding the healthcare journey to achieve optimal outcomes and a superior patient experience.

You will assess, plan, and facilitate comprehensive care across the continuum, advocate for patients, and collaborate with physicians, nursing, insurers, and post-acute providers to ensure timely, high-quality transitions.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• 1 year of RN experience at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson.
• Registered Nurse license for North Dakota upon hire.
• BLS CPR certification upon hire.
• TNCC within 12 months.
• ACLS upon hire.
• PALS upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unit schedule based on productivity (short-term & long-term).
• Assist director with department charge reconciliation.
• Complete investigation of incidents on the unit and assist with education and coaching PRN.
• Monitor performance and quality improvement projects on the unit; provide real-time feedback PRN.
• Assist with payroll functions as needed.
