Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care with compassionate and efficient nursing practice. The RN will coordinate care through the nursing process and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote positive patient outcomes.

Required licensure in North Carolina or a compact state, 1 year of RN experience, and an Associate degree in Nursing with a preferred BSN.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• 1 year of RN experience required; 1 year in a clinical specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned unit to ensure direct and proper care.
• Analyzes patient information to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Prepares nursing processes, such as medication administration and treatments.
• Reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Evaluates patient response to interventions and identifies additional interventions needed.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team for effective care planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
