Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned unit.
• Analyzes patient information to develop individualized care plans.
• Prepares nursing processes, including medication administration and treatments.
• Reconciles medical records for accuracy and standards compliance.
• Evaluates patient response and identifies further interventions.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team for care planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
