Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson in Dickinson, ND is seeking a seasoned RN Care Coordinator to guide patients through the care continuum and ensure optimal outcomes and patient experience.

You will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, insurers and post-acute providers to ensure timely, high-quality transitions and advocacy for patients. BSN and ND RN license required; BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC within 12 months are expected; salary ranges from $32.46 to $48.28 per hour.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• ND RN license, with BLS, ACLS and PALS upon hire.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs RN/Charge Nurse duties as required.
• Coordinates unit schedule based on productivity.
• Assists department charge reconciliation.
• Investigates incidents on the unit and supports education.
• Monitors quality improvement projects and provides feedback.
• Assists with payroll functions as needed.
